Turtle Executive Coaching was founded by Irené Turtle, who has built an active and successful career as an in-demand coach, facilitator and public speaker. Irené established her credentials as an executive recruiter before branching out into other areas of Human Resources that allowed her to fine-tune her skills in Project Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development and Change Management. She has trained for and consulted with companies ranging from tech startups to large, well-established brands in verticals that include the Entertainment, Biotech, Financial Services and Healthcare Industries.

Earlier in her career, Irené acquired a wealth of  experience working in a range of capacities for The Walt Disney Company and  at Acacia Research, a Pasadena-based incubator that was active in the dot.com era. During her tenures at Disney and Acacia, Irené developed additional skills in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Training – all of which are critical to the evolution of any organization that values growth.
